Deepika Padukone attended the Mijwan fashion show along with Ranbir Kapoor. She walked the ramp in a beautiful silver dress designed by ace designer Manish Malhotra.
The fashion show was organized by Shabana Azmi’s NGO Mijwan Welfare Society. Mijwan is a village which is located in Eastern Uttar Pradesh. Mijwan NGO was founded by Shabana Azmi’s father Kiafi Azmi. It mainly involved in child development and women empowerment activities.
